Labour Day long weekend

I went home to Toronto over the Labour Day long weekend. Here's a photo I snapped on my plane ride heading to Toronto... anyone know where this is?



On my plane ride back to California I saw some cool views out the plane window - I got to see the Dipper and a few other stars; I got to see the a big section of California all lit up; and I got to see some wicked flashing bright lights and lightning over some city.

Update: I decided to post up an 'after' image - I modified the original image by using ArcSoft's PhotoStudio to do an auto levels adjustment.
