I've been looking through the book "The Photoshop CS2 Book for Digital Photographers" by Scott Kelby and have been trying some of the techniques that it teaches. The image above was done using the poster presentation technique. I was also able to put a copyright watermark on my Chinese Lantern Festival photo.
